Two composers isolated at 3,000 metres in the Alps create a symphony by picking up human traces sown in the air to prove that zero impact does not exist, while a group of visionary minds imagine the change of habits in a new inevitable era.
I was born in Cuneo. A borderland in the middle of the Alps, apparently in a "wild" and "natural" place. I thought of questioning precisely that perception of the mountains as another place, far from man, from me in primis. I thought of going there in person to find questions and to feel directly that impalpable presence of man everywhere. I thought of showing how, even in those border places, there is no longer room for that romantic idea of "unspoilt nature", but instead there is room for a wonderful mirage of "manmade nature", where the human being with his genius merges with his habitat.
