The National Union of Italian Film Journalists (SNGCI) is the official voice of the Italian film press. Led by a Board of Directors comprising representatives from leading newspapers, the SNGCI was officially established in March 1946. Among its numerous promotional activities for Italian cinema, the SNGCI has awarded the Nastri d'Argento since that historic date. The Nastri d'Argento are the only institutional awards recognised by the MIC (Ministry of Culture of National Cultural Interest). Below is a list of awards obtained by projects created with the support of Film Commission Torino Piemonte.
