One fine day, millions of italians who obtained fundings and leasings, who spent their time buying any kind of goods by instalments and have happily been using tons of credit cards, woke up, found their mail box full with bills to be payed, and realized they would have never made it. In the meanwhile, debt collectors started wildly to be hot on their trails. “Instalment living” is a film about debts the italian way, which are represented through the conflict between debtors themselves and debt collectors.
